Purpose
The Digital Enterprise Leader – Reagents is a critical enterprise leadership role responsible for defining and driving the long‑term digital vision for Revvity’s global reagents business. Acting as a recognized expert and trusted advisor to senior and executive leadership, this role shapes company‑wide digital strategy, leads transformational initiatives, and ensures digital capabilities materially strengthen competitive position, customer experience, and operational excellence over the long term.
This role operates with significant autonomy and global scope, working across multiple functions and geographies to translate enterprise strategy into impactful, multi‑functional digital outcomes. Decisions made in this role will have enduring impact on the organization’s performance, technology direction, and market leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Enterprise Digital Strategy & Vision
- Establish and lead the long‑term digital vision and strategy for the global reagents business, aligned with Revvity’s broader enterprise objectives.
- Translate company strategy into multi‑functional digital roadmaps, ensuring sustained competitive advantage and long‑term value creation.
- Anticipate market, technology, and customer trends to proactively position the organization for future opportunities and risks.
- Transformational Leadership & Execution
- Lead large‑scale, transformational digital initiatives with enterprise‑wide impact, spanning commercial, operational, customer, and technology domains.
- Drive innovation through the application of advanced digital, data, and IT solutions to enhance business processes and customer outcomes.
- Ensure disciplined execution, governance, and performance measurement of digital programs, optimizing outcomes through data driven‑ insights.
- Drive the adoption and deployment of AI solutions across the Reagents BU
- Leadership, Influence & Change
- Serve as a principal digital advisor to executive management and senior functional leaders.
- Influence enterprise policy, investment priorities, and strategic decision‑making through clear, compelling communication and thought leadership.
- Lead through Directors and Managers, coaching leaders to drive change, manage complexity, and deliver results across diverse teams.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement across functions and regions.
- Stakeholder & Ecosystem Engagement
- Partner with internal and external executive level stakeholders to negotiate and align on highly complex, business‑critical initiatives.
- Represent the organization externally as a digital thought leader, influencing industry standards and best practices.
- Leverage the full capabilities of Revvity’s global talent, platforms, and partnerships to accelerate digital impact.
- Scope, Governance & Financial Accountability
- Oversee one or more digital and/or technology functional areas through subordinate leaders with full operational accountability.
- Own financial outcomes for the function, ensuring investments deliver measurable business value and long‑term returns.
- Establish governance models, company‑wide practices, and scalable frameworks to support sustained digital excellence.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline
- 15+ years of experience leading enterprise‑level digital strategy and transformation
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or advanced degree in a related field
- Industry experience within life sciences, diagnostics, or reagents.
- Demonstrated success influencing senior and executive leadership across complex, global organizations.
- Proven ability to lead through multiple management layers and across functions.
- Strong visionary skills, with significant experience in all phases of the systems development lifecycle.
- Excellent understanding of computer systems, business applications, application development techniques, SDLC, IT security, network and systems administration, databases/data storage systems, and telecommunications systems.
- Strong project management skills and knowledge of ISO quality management and continuous improvement principles and techniques.
- Excellent overall leadership and sound decision-making skills
- English Business Fluent
- Deep expertise in digital platforms, data & analytics, customer experience, and enterprise IT solutions. In-depth experience with full life cycle ERP, CRM. eCommerce and other business systems.
- Strong understanding of the reagents and life sciences ecosystem, including regulatory and market dynamics.
- Solid working knowledge of current security protocols and threats.
- Experience with outsourcing projects to third-party contractors both onshore and offshore.
- Strong contract and vendor management experience
- Track record of driving innovation and managing long‑term, high‑impact strategic initiatives.
Physical Requirements & Expectations:
- This position is remote-based in US with occasional domestic and international travel (less than 15%) required
Compensation Range:
The annual base salary range for this full-time position is $212,500-$255,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this position. The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account internal equity, work location, and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
Please note that base pay is only one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This range allows for the successful candidate to have an opportunity to progress within the position and develop at our company. This base pay range does not take into account bonuses, equity, or other benefits which may be applicable and are dependent on the level and position offered.
