Role Description
Technical Product Managers lead the development of software products from conception to release. They work closely with product managers and other stakeholders to define new software features and systems and then plan and lead their development.
- Development and management of one or more software development roadmaps
- Oversee or directly manage projects related to one or more software products
- Manage development of new software product features from conception to release, including as necessary requirements elaboration, product design, testing, and documentation
- Work closely with product management, engineering, clinical product, data science and customer-facing teams to deliver value-adding, high-quality released products
- Support technical aspects of customer-facing and sales engagements
- Support continual process development and improvement
Qualifications
- 5 or more years of applicable experience
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
Requirements
- API design and testing
- Database design and basic SQL query skills
- Workflow analysis and diagramming
- Software design and documentation
- Use of artificial intelligence tools in design and testing processes
- Design of software systems that include artificial intelligence components
- Experience in healthcare operations and/or health subject matter
- Remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods of time
- Be adaptive and change priorities quickly; meet deadlines
- Attention to detail
- Operate computer programs and software
- Ability to communicate effectively with audiences in person and in electronic formats
- Day-to-day contact with others (co-workers and/or the public)
- Making independent decisions
- Ability to work in a collaborative business environment in close quarters with peers and varying interruptions
