Transform the Future of Infrastructure: Join Trimble O&PS as our next Solutions Engineer! Are you a technical storyteller ready to make a tangible impact on global industries? Trimble O&PS is seeking a passionate problem-solver to serve as a pivotal bridge between our cutting-edge AI-driven software and our clients' most complex business challenges. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, educating prospects on the Trimble Unity suite and helping them envision a future where our technology empowers them to focus on society’s higher priorities.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of the Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM) revolution, directly influencing how essential infrastructure—from hospitals to universities—is built and maintained. You will own the technical validation process for the Trimble Unity suite, shaping the future of digital construction by translating complex client needs into high-impact, value-based technology solutions.
Key Exciting Responsibilities
- Partner with territory sales teams to spearhead pursuit strategies and lead high-stakes, value-based demonstrations of the Trimble Unity stack.
- Facilitate consultative discovery sessions to uncover deep-seated client requirements and translate them into comprehensive technical proposals.
- Master and configure sophisticated demonstration environments that showcase real-world applications of the Trimble Unity platform.
- Navigate fluently between business and technical discussions, acting as the primary expert for stakeholders across the client organization.
- Drive the technical evolution of RFP responses, ensuring every solution perfectly aligns with the prospect's operational requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in a Solutions Engineer, Product Management, or technical consultative role.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems using a creative and customer-centric approach.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences during technical sessions.
- Strong analytical mindset capable of navigating complex technical environments and asset lifecycle workflows.
- A 4-year college degree or equivalent professional experience.
Bonus Points For
- Deep industry knowledge of construction processes, civil engineering, or asset management.
- Specific experience working within the K-12, Higher Education, Healthcare, or Commercial private segments.
- Hands-on experience with Unity Construct or similar AECO digital solutions.
Logistics
- Location: Remote (Central Time Zone preferred)
- Travel Requirement: 75%
