Position Summary
The Data Validation Coordinator will use their experience and skills to be responsible for timely and accurate quality validation for member’s correspondence, including but not limited to: documents for correct content so letters can accurately print and mail to members. Operational letters, ID cards, COBs, ANOCS and welcome kits for all members. Establish a positive working relationship with internal and external customers by providing accurate, reliable and timely file submissions and error resolution. This is accomplished through Data Validation (DV) review of Beneficiary data for Med D beneficiary
You will be responsible for supporting daily work and special projects, securing data files, and timely execution of member mailings. You will also coordinate, as appropriate, with internal partners, and engage in changes to the communications environment. Areas of involvement include daily work activity with Sr. Analysts, Analysts and Manager.
This is a position that
- Act as individual contributor and team player for any Data Validation initiatives.
- Identify and assist team to ensure all work is preformed within SLA.
- Maintains average monthly accuracy over 85%
- Plays a role in Data Validation Initiatives
- Identifies trends and high risks letters
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of work experience within a healthcare / PBM environment
- Intermediate to advanced level in Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, and Outlook
- Proofing/Validation experience and understanding of variable information
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong time management, including good organization and multi-tasking abilities
- Flexibility, strong accountability and good teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Medicare Part D letter requirements
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment
- Problem solving experience
- Experience working with multiple internal and external partners
- Demonstrated ability to work productively in a dynamic environment
- Lead by example; informal leadership skills
- Partner and support others to achieve overall team goals
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Education
Verifiable High school Diploma or GED required

The typical pay range for this role is:
$17.00 - $28.46This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
