• Represents Collins Aerospace on internal and external USG legal issues • Acts as a strategic business partner to review, draft, negotiate, and advise on a wide variety of government agreements • Assists with managing and resolving contract disputes, bid protests, equitable adjustments, and breach of contract claims • Interprets complex laws, rulings, and regulations and provides expertise on legal issues to ensure compliance • Aids in the development and implementation of processes, procedures, and metrics to increase the overall effectiveness of the legal services provided to the company • Provides guidance on cost accounting issues
