• The eLearning Designer/Developer participates in all functions of technology applications development life cycle utilizing TNC’s basic project management discipline • Responsible for designing, developing, and delivering materials and learning tools (e.g. traditional courses, online courseware, performance support, and documentation) • Provide administrative support for the learning management system (LMS) and users, including creating and maintaining LMS content • Apply sound Instructional Design Principles and deliver quality products based on internal processes and tools • Collaborate daily with information technology and desktop automation tools, including Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Teams • Conduct learning needs analysis, provide technical writing and develop online training using development tools and technologies
