Job Description
• Lead requirements-gathering workshops with clients, vendors, and third-party partners to capture detailed interface needs.
• Define robust integration architectures aligned with business objectives , system landscapes, and security standards.
• Develop comprehensive Integration Design Documents (IDDs) outlining data flows, mappings, formats, transformations, and security protocols.
• Ensure designs support U.S. payroll processing, PCC validation flows, file transfers, third party remittances, and compliance reporting.
• Map P2P end-to-end data interactions across Employee Central, Payroll, Time, Benefits, and external systems.
• Collaborate closely with ABAP developers to ensure technical build aligns with design requirements.
• Supervise interface testing cycles, including unit testing, SIT, UAT, payroll parallel testing, and cutover validation.
• Ensure timely , quality delivery of integration components with strong focus on performance, stability, and audit readiness.
• Oversee error-handling frameworks, monitoring dashboards, and secure data exchange mechanisms.
Job Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in SAP HCM/HXM integrations, with strong emphasis on U.S. Payroll
- Proven hands-on expertise in: Building and managing integrations using SCPI/HCI
- ABAP-based interfaces: RFC, BAPI, ALE/IDoc , data extraction frameworks
- REST/SOAP APIs, XML/JSON, secure file transport (SFTP, PGP encryption)
- Solid functional understanding of Payroll (gross-to-net, tax, remittances), PCC, and P2P processes
- Experience delivering at least 5 full lifecycle SAP HCM/Payroll implementations
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to work independently under tight timelines
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with experience engaging C-level and vendor partners.
