About the Role
As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you lead solution design and technical strategy for complex enterprise opportunities. You operate with a high degree of autonomy, guiding prospects through deep discovery, integration planning, and tailored demonstrations that influence senior decision-makers. You also play a visible role in mentoring teammates and scaling best practices across the Solutions Consulting team.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end discovery and technical strategy for complex enterprise opportunities
- Shape deal strategy and technical win plans in partnership with Account Executives
- Design solution architectures that integrate Zeta with enterprise ecosystems (CRM, data platforms, identity, analytics)
- Deliver tailored demonstrations aligned to executive priorities and buying criteria
- Navigate matrixed buying committees across marketing, IT, analytics, security, and procurement
- Serve as a lead contributor on RFP/RFI responses with differentiated positioning
- Partner with Value Consulting to align solutions with measurable business outcomes and ROI
- Mentor Solutions Consultants through coaching, shadowing, and structured feedback
- Develop reusable demo assets, playbooks, and solution briefs to improve team consistency
- Provide actionable field feedback to Product and GTM teams based on enterprise deal learnings

SALARY RANGE
The total salary range for this role is $170,000 - $180,000.00, depending on location and experience.
