Job Description

• Manage large multi-faceted projects or multiple projects at the same time • Organize teams, develop plans, and facilitate project execution to achieve organizational goals • Pay attention to detail, have excellent communication skills, raise issues and risks with transparency • Lead a variety of projects (small to very large) with a range of budget ($50,000 to multi-million dollars) • Mentor peers around aspects of project management, including leadership, methodology, tools, people skills • Ensure projects are consistently closed within 45-60 days of go-live • Work with the team to develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators and Cost-Benefit Analysis

Job Requirements

  • 5 years of project management experience
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams required
  • Relevant professional certifications (PMP, SCRUM) preferred but not required
  • Proficiencies in MS Office applications, MS Project, Visio, Adobe
  • Knowledge of project management (waterfall and agile) process,
  • Industry-specific knowledge of insurance is a plus
  • Experience working on cross-functional teams strongly desired
  • Experience in progressive leadership roles in a corporate environment strongly preferred
