Job Description

• Own and manage the internal communications editorial calendar, ensuring alignment across teams, clear prioritization, and consistent messaging across all employee channels • Oversee and optimize internal communications platforms, advising stakeholders on the right channel, timing, and format to reach their intended audiences • Uplevel our communications systems and standards across employee touchpoints, from employee newsletters to live All Hands to digital signage and beyond, ensuring a cohesive and high-quality employee experience • Partner with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, and IT to plan and deliver clear, coordinated messaging for key initiatives • Support strategic communications for company-wide moments such as major announcements, marketing campaigns, and business updates, ensuring messages are sequenced and delivered thoughtfully • Establish and reinforce best practices for internal communications, including audience segmentation, channel governance, content standards, strategic applications of AI, and feedback loops • Apply measurement and analytics to evaluate performance across channels, using insights to refine the editorial strategy and improve engagement

Job Requirements

  • BA or equivalent relevant background in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in internal or corporate communications, ideally within high-growth or global technology organizations
  • Proven experience managing internal communications platforms and editorial calendars, with a track record of building scalable processes that improve clarity and alignment
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex business updates into clear, compelling messaging tailored to diverse employee audiences
  • Strong prioritization and project management skills
  • A curious and analytical mindset, with experience using engagement data, audience segmentation, employee feedback, and performance metrics to refine strategy
  • A working understanding of internal communications best practices, including channel governance, change communications frameworks, and feedback mechanisms
  • Experience advising senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, providing strategic guidance on messaging, timing, and channel selection
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment, bringing structure and focus while staying adaptive to change.
