Job Description
Job Requirements
- BA or equivalent relevant background in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in internal or corporate communications, ideally within high-growth or global technology organizations
- Proven experience managing internal communications platforms and editorial calendars, with a track record of building scalable processes that improve clarity and alignment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex business updates into clear, compelling messaging tailored to diverse employee audiences
- Strong prioritization and project management skills
- A curious and analytical mindset, with experience using engagement data, audience segmentation, employee feedback, and performance metrics to refine strategy
- A working understanding of internal communications best practices, including channel governance, change communications frameworks, and feedback mechanisms
- Experience advising senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, providing strategic guidance on messaging, timing, and channel selection
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment, bringing structure and focus while staying adaptive to change.
