Job Description
• Collaborate in the development and articulation of strong value propositions for transformational initiatives – from process SME and S/4HANA perspectives
• Apply strong knowledge of the business processes for developing and testing ERP functions associated with business operations.
• Facilitate Explore workshops (solution architecting, requirements gathering) with business managers, client staff, and end-users to determine business and functional requirements
• Review and/or perform design and configuration of SAP S/4HANA systems to meet client business requirements
• Provide functional specifications for any required development.
• Participate and assist in high level planning.
• Conduct knowledge transfer and training of end-users, including sharing best practices
• Provide leadership to junior systems analysts and client personnel assigned to projects
Job Requirements
- A&D / discrete manufacturing experience.
- Experience as a Value Stream Lead involving a US deployment of an SAP S/4HANA global design with localization in US geography.
- A minimum of five (5) years prior professional consulting or equivalent business process industry experience
- At least five (5) years of hands-on systems configuration experience within your given SAP component
- Successful completion of at least three full life cycle implementations of S/4HANA v2019 or later
- Successful completion of the rollout and localization of a global template.
- Specific SAP component configuration and deployment experience:
- Determine table configuration.
- Provide integrated system and design expertise in designated functional areas
- Provide SAP planning experience in recommending and assessing design.
- Facilitate use of implementation methodology
- Review design for integration aspects of the solution
- Provide input on technical implications of specific design.
- Provide functional specifications for any required development.
- Provide input on training approaches where required.
- Provide recommendations for functional gaps Familiarity with SAP Roadmap for respective Value Stream and ability to define a target end-state and transitional plan within context of customer project portfolio.
