Job Description
• Independently drafts, reviews, negotiates, and manages a variety of contracts and amendments
• Collaborate with business development managers, therapeutic leaders, Operations, Legal, and Finance
• Act as a central point of contact for contractual issues
Job Requirements
- Juris Doctorate and 3+ years of legal contracts experience required
- Previous redlining experience of contracts on a variety of templates required
- Previous experience in negotiation and/or other forms of dispute resolution
- Knowledge of general corporate business practices, commercial contracting principles, and contracting legal requirements
- Strong desire to become a subject matter expert in contract negotiation and clinical research organizational operations
