Role Description
This role involves recruiting top-tier talent for the automotive industry, specifically focusing on A-Level Technicians, Service Advisors, and Managers.

Source, Screen & Interview Top Talent
- Use Topgrading methods to identify high-performing candidates.
- Thoroughly vet candidates for technical and cultural fit.
- Manage Applicant Tracking System (ATS) data (Applicant Pro experience preferred).

Enhance Our Hiring Process & Improve Success Rates
- Collaborate with leadership to refine scorecards, job descriptions, and interview methods.
- Optimize interview-to-hire ratios by improving assessment techniques.

Sell the Simard Way & Attract Top Talent
- Learn and articulate our company vision, values, and mission to candidates.
- Develop compelling outreach strategies to entice the best candidates in the industry.
- Help candidates understand the benefits of relocating to Alaska.

Specialize in Hard-to-Fill Roles
- Focus on hiring A-Level Technicians, Service Advisors, and Managers.
- Develop customized recruitment strategies for high-demand roles.

Work Independently & Manage Recruiting Efforts
- Self-manage sourcing, interviews, and hiring pipeline reporting.
- Track hiring metrics and provide reports to leadership.

- Topgrading Expertise – Certified or highly experienced in structured interview methods.
- Automotive Recruiting Experience – Strong background in hiring for automotive roles.
- Process Improvement Mindset – Ability to refine hiring scorecards, KPIs, and interview processes.
- Applicant Pro or ATS Experience – Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Strong Communication & Sales Skills – Ability to persuade and engage top talent.
- Relocation Expertise – Experience moving candidates across states or enticing relocation.
- Self-Starter & Problem-Solver – Ability to work independently while collaborating with leadership.
