Job Description
• Manage strategic initiatives and drive systems adoption
• Advocate for operational efficiency and excellence in client and advisor experience
• Conduct training sessions for individual advisors and teams
• Collaborate with internal teams to build training materials
• Monitor tool use and deliver updates on user satisfaction
• Develop and project-manage initiatives to advance the Wealth Platform
• Enable transition of new advisors into ODIA
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in client and advisor supporting functions
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- Strong experience working with Orion and Salesforce
- Strong experience in project management and stakeholder management
- Ability to work well as a part of a distributed team, managing multiple tasks
- Excellent relationship-building skills
- Commitment to foster a positive, upbeat, constructive work environment
- Ability to travel as needed (generally not more than once per month)
- Advanced proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
