The Principal Technical Product Management is the strategic and technical force behind our most critical healthcare platform initiatives. This role is designed for a product leader who excels as an individual contributor and operates as an enterprise-level force multiplier; someone who elevates product strategy, drives major cross functional programs, influences senior stakeholders, and solves problems at enterprise scale. This position will independently lead cross-functional and high impact product areas to shape the future of our health technology platform.Job Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Vision
- Own end-to-end product strategy for complex, enterprise-scale product domains (eg clinical care delivery, Stars, risk adjustment, member experience, claims, provider)
- Lead long‑range product vision, investment planning, and multi‑year roadmaps.
- Identify emerging opportunities across clinical, consumer, operations, Stars, or risk adjustment domains to drive competitive advantage.
Execution Excellence
- Translate strategy into clear, actionable outcomes with differentiating product offerings.
- Lead discovery, prioritization, and experimentation for major innovations.
- Deliver high quality products in partnership with engineering, design, and clinical/business/operational stakeholders.
Cross‑Functional Influence
- Influence senior leaders (VP+ level) through insights, data‑driven narratives, and thought leadership.
- Act as a force multiplier – uplifting product peers through mentoring, frameworks, and best practices.
- Drive alignment across business, operations, and technology architecture.
Advanced Product Craft
- Lead complex trade‑off decisions balancing value, risk, regulatory constraints, and technical feasibility.
- Drive product instrumentation, analytics, and continuous improvement.
- Own product health, success metrics, and operational excellence at scale.
- Raises the bar for the entire product organization by modeling world‑class product craft, mentoring PMs informally, and establishing frameworks that others adopt.
Job Requirements
Experience:
Required:
- 8–12+ years in technical product management, with deep ownership of largescale, mission critical products.
- Expertise in one or more domains: clinical applications, consumer health, claims, UM, Stars, risk adjustment, provider enablement.
- Proven ability to lead without authority across engineering, business strategy, and operational teams.
- Experience in healthcare, health plans, or care delivery environments.
- Background in consumer facing digital products (web/mobile).
Preferred:
- Experience designing or scaling AI enabled workflows in clinical or consumer spaces.
- Background in Lean/Six Sigma or outcome driven prioritization frameworks.
- Track record of shaping org‑wide product practices or frameworks
Education:
Required: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
Preferred: MBA or advanced degree
Specialized Skills:
Required:
- Exceptional strategic thinking, systems thinking, and product storytelling.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills; mastery of modern product and design tools.

Pay Range: $149,882.00 - $224,823.00Pay range may be based on a number of factors including market location, education, responsibilities, experience, etc.
