The Job
Senior Claims Resolution Analysts are responsible for investigating and resolving complex insurance claims. They analyze claim data, review policies, communicate with policyholders and other stakeholders, and negotiate settlements. Senior analysts may also mentor and train junior analysts, provide guidance on difficult cases, and assist with process improvement initiatives. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
You Will
Requests additional information, when necessary, for completion of claim processing
Reviews claims for eligibility
Maintains updated records and prepares required reports
Assists in claims cost control
Contacts individuals about claims and may provide counsel regarding the amount of benefits

Your Qualifications
Associate's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of related experience
Performs work under direct supervision.
Handles complex issues and problems, and refers only the most complex issues to higher-level staff.
