Role Description
This role involves working as an Oracle HCM Technical/Functional resource for Oracle HCM SAAS system administration and development.
- Configuration setup and maintenance
- Report and Dashboard development
- Complex issue resolution
- Security enhancements
- HDL and interface activities
- Support Redwood conversion and maintenance across HCM modules
Specific tasks include:
- Report enhancements to add subject area reports and make existing reports available in report or dashboard format using RFT, OTBI, and BI tools
- Implementing Data Fusion analytics
- Creating new journeys, specifically contextualized and guided to support and enhance transactional processes
- Providing technical expertise to production enhancement activities related to Talent areas such as performance evaluations, touch points, goals, and talent review and succession planning setup
- Facilitating conversion from Responsive UI to Redwood for existing functionality and enhancements
- Assisting with complex user issue resolution
- Addressing functional changes in system modules including ORC, Comp, HCM, Health and Safety, Case Management/help desk, Profiles, Learning, etc.
- Supporting, building, and setting up HDL and interface activities
Qualifications
- Ability to create, edit reports via RTF, BI, OTBI in Oracle HCM/Data Fusion analytics - Required (3 Years)
- Ability to create Dashboards - global and secured - Required (3 Years)
- Setup and configuration of HCM modules - Core, Talent, Compensation, Recruiting, Help Desk, Safety, ORC, Learning - Required (3 Years)
- Ability to create and maintain journeys including contextualized, guided, and regular - Required (3 Years)
