Job Description

• Ensure product teams can measure the success of features through actionable reporting across the website and app • Partner with product teams to understand feature value, success metrics, and leading indicators • Translate Portfolio value and success metrics into tag specification documents • Leverage various analytics tools to collect and analyze data • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance user experience • Collaborate with partners across the enterprise to synthesize reporting and analysis • Conduct user journey analysis, analyze navigation paths, and evaluate usability • Collaborate on data governance initiatives to ensure data accuracy and integrity • Promote digital analytics knowledge through professional development

Job Requirements

2+ years of experience working with product management team
1 year of experience (course work or on the job) with Python or utilizing SQL to query databases
1+ years with Adobe Analytics or any other similar tool
2+ years curating analysis and building dashboards
1+ years of experience identifying success metrics
Experience with Medallia, or Quantum Metrics is preferred
Working knowledge of problem solving and decision-making skills
Experience with Safe/agile delivery
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
