• Develop tailored programs to close performance gaps within the Renewals organization. • Create and implement learning programs that support company-wide shifts. • Act as the primary subject matter expert for the field, developing and delivering training materials. • Represent the unique learning needs of the Renewals team across the broader business. • Champion and role-model Samsara’s core values as we scale globally. • Work hand-in-hand with the Renewals Strategy team to turn analytical insights into actionable playbooks.
