Job Description

• Conduct ongoing analysis of the channel lifecycle to identify bottlenecks, data inaccuracies, or manual hurdles. • Translate GTM leadership goals into functional program structures that are operationally intuitive for the Sales team to execute. • Own the "how" of our channel programs. Partner with IT and Ops teams to ensure our tech stack supports our strategic vision. • Act as the strategic bridge between Sales, Finance, and Marketing. • Develop and maintain dashboards that track program health.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum five years experience in channel operations, sales operations, marketing operations or sales management.
  • Advanced Data Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets is a must.
  • Must be comfortable with complex formulas (VLOOKUP, Index/Match, Pivot Tables) and have a proven ability to reconcile large, messy datasets manually when necessary.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
