• Oversee the entire sponsorship lifecycle • Drive the creation of all necessary materials and resources for team members involved in sponsor sales • Build and manage the online task center for exhibitors and sponsors • Help to build yearly event budgets; manage conference financials and ensure budget updates are maintained • Design and oversee the dedicated programs for Rookie and Veteran attendees • Manage and drive all internal communication elements for Trimble staff • Build sustainable practices into all Insight planning/execution • Analyze internal and external event-related business challenges and proactively recommend best practices • Handle additional planning and execution tasks for the conference • Lead all key trade show components • Manage and adhere to annual budgets • Create and execute comprehensive show plans • Work with team members to define and execute show goals
