• Develop and execute the station operations strategy of AIT. • Ensure processes and metrics are in place to ensure growth, service and profitability goals are accomplished. • Manage and communicate with AIT’s carriers ensuring best value and service vs objectives. • Ensures providers meet and adhere to the scope of SLA (Service Logistics Agreement) and agreed terms of service. • Exhibits strong negotiating skills and execution in Freight Forwarding Carrier Agreements. • Ability to track performance and develop strategic processes and proactively improve efficiencies and reduce dead time lanes. • Provides coaching and mentoring employees in a broad global environment. • Actively support key account operations requirements and ensure service execution and reliability. • Continue to build rapport with clients and work to develop new opportunities and create and manage key visual tools and tracking processes.
