• perform plant thermal hydraulic evaluations and analyses in the areas of ECCS LOCA, Containment, HELB, Fire Safe Shutdown, Annulus Pressurization Loads, and RIPD analyses • general expertise in two-phase thermal hydraulic analysis techniques • take responsibility for fuel project activities including reload analyses, methods implementation, power uprates, new fuel introductions, and safety analysis support for emergent fuel issues • perform in cross-disciplinary settings, engaged with interfacing teams responsible for mechanical design, core design, licensing, systems design, or other affiliated organizations to find optimum customer solutions • prepare, document and present technical data to internal/external customers • provide technical mentoring to support team development and knowledge management, including procedure development and adherence • develop/deliver training course offerings in support of external commercial requests, as well as for internal audiences for knowledge management, and knowledge capture and transfer • lead team process improvements to drive speed and simplification • ensure work is performed with high quality in accordance with regulatory rules and regulations, customer requirements, and business quality assurance standards
