Job Description

• Maximize EVP’s impact • Operationalize global customer strategy • Synchronize cross-functional execution • Architect and manage the business’s V2MOM • Drive 'deep inspection' of critical business health metrics • Support planning cycles and intervention strategies • Lead executive priority engagements • Oversee organization’s operational rhythm • Oversee global customer interactions and executive escalations • Manage budget and represent the EVP in key meetings

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of high-level strategy & operations or consulting experience within a global SaaS environment
  • Proven ability to drive the Salesforce V2MOM method or similar goal-setting frameworks to achieve measurable results
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills
  • Communication mastery to distill complex business challenges into clear briefings and presentations
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, 'get things done' culture
