Job Description

• You'll work closely with key internal and external stakeholders to create and distribute high-quality content that engages and informs our target audiences while aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives. • You'll also be strategic about leveraging AI to accelerate content production across formats, from short-form video and interactive demos to thought leadership and campaign assets, without sacrificing the quality bar. • You will own content campaigns end to end, not only producing high-quality content but also being intentional about how it gets distributed and repurposed across channels. • Narrative strategy & content creation: Define the narrative framework for our go-to-market efforts and develop high-impact content, including thought leadership, strategic briefs, and customer-facing communications. • Customer storytelling & market insights: Partner with customers to tell their AI transformation stories. • Work closely with sales and customer teams to understand what resonates with buyers and feed those insights back into narrative strategy. • Campaigns & market moments: Collaborate with our growth team to ensure content drives pipeline through personalized, social, and partner campaigns. • Own the editorial direction of launches, events, announcements, and milestones. • Modern content formats & distribution: Move beyond traditional blog posts to tell our story across short-form video, tools, templates, and interactive assets. • Focus on distribution and repurposing from the time you build the content roadmap. • Content measurement & team management: Analyze content impact and prioritize the roadmap based on what builds brand, drives traffic, and converts.
