Job Description
• Conduct and deliver timely Quality Assurance audits and effectively communicate results and required actions to the team
• Document and report all Quality Assurance testing results
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Deliver training and guidance based on QA findings
• Manage and prioritize projects to meet established deadlines
• Interpret client’s business guidelines and policies to ensure compliance with legal and company guidelines and processes
• Lead projects and initiate solutions and process improvements and key initiatives to completion.
Job Requirements
- Must have a minimum of 12 months experience conducting 'live reviews' in a Compliance Review role at Adstra and has consistently received very strong QA ratings
- College Degree from an accredited college or university (Business, Marketing preferred) or 5-7 years of professional experience in lieu of college degree required
- Must have experience as a QA reviewer with a very strong QA rating for a minimum of 12 months at Adstra
- 4+ years in compliance and creative content quality reviews
- Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills
- Ability to deliver high-level quality work
- Interpretation of information and decision-making skills to make judgements and determine if guidelines apply
- Strong communication skills
- Strong team player who has proven success collaborating effectively with others
- Organized self-starter with the ability to multitask and prioritize projects in a deadline intensive environment.
