Job Description
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing
- Klaviyo expert with hands-on experience building and deploying campaigns and automations
- Experience leveraging RFM segmentation and other advanced audience strategies
- Proven ownership of briefing, execution, and reporting processes
- Strong collaboration skills, especially with creative teams
- Detail-oriented with strong accountability and follow-through
- Comfortable in a fast-paced ecommerce environment
- Preferred but not required: Experience in DTC ecommerce, apparel, or consumer brands.
- Familiarity with lifecycle metrics such as LTV, cohort analysis, or segmentation strategy.
- Experience implementing structured testing frameworks and performance optimization processes.
