• Negotiate, review, manage, and track customer and vendor agreements (NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, DPAs, amendments). • Maintain contract records and reporting through our CLM systems and DocuSign. • Support contract negotiations and assist with template/playbook updates. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams during contract review, acting as a key contact for the legal department by providing guidance on commonly requested edits, non-standard terms, policies, questions, etc. • Act as one of the key touch points for commercial agreements, order forms, amendments for a growing commercial legal team. • Support the evaluation, implementation, and ongoing use of new tools and products. • Assist, on an as-needed basis, with corporate and IP filings, including maintaining records for U.S. and international subsidiaries (such as board minutes, resolutions, signatory updates). • Participate in special projects including corporate diligence, litigation matters, and compliance rollouts.
