Job Description
Role Description
- Handle incoming calls and emails from customers regarding watersports activities and services.
- Provide accurate information about our offerings, pricing, availability, and policies.
- Assist customers with making reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate details to customers.
- Record and update customer information in the company’s database.
- Follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction and confirm reservations.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service.
- Stay informed about company promotions, events, and special offers.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in a call center or customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Requirements
- Must be able to walk on various types of surfaces including rough terrain, sitting, standing, maintaining balance, on the beach, and in the water, and working alone.
- Must be able to work various work settings such as exposure to sunlight and outside temperature.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls and emails.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
- Knowledge of watersports activities and equipment is highly desirable.
- Ability to speak and write clearly and concisely.
- Must be willing to work holidays, nights, and weekends.
- Must have strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude.
- Team Player, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
