Job Requirements
- Project Management: You have a strong skillset in project management and can run activations from end-to-end, coordinating activities with hospital leadership, hundreds of staff members, and internal team members over multiple weeks.
- Live Problem-Solving: You thrive working with health system leadership to understand each nursing unit and co-develop optimal configuration in the M7 platform.
- Clear Communication: You communicate proactively and with clarity — both with customers and internally.
- Coaching and Relationship Building: You enjoy teaching people new technology in an approachable manner and building collaborative relationships with customers during Go Lives and ongoing support.
- Product Mastery: You invest in building deep knowledge of the M7 platform and are always looking for ways to contribute to the team's ways of working — whether through improving playbooks, sharing what you're learning, or helping teammates level up.
- Travel: You enjoy traveling to provide in-person support.
