Job Description
• Define the offering and align on the best way to organize it
• Define the MVP offering and work with engineering partners to quickly bring it to market
• Work with research, design, UX, and analytics to identify customer needs and develop solutions
• Own the success of the offering by ruthlessly prioritizing the scope for the first launch
• Experience thoughtfully explaining unique concepts to diverse audiences
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of product experience leading roadmap development
- Experience in successful 0-1 product launches
- Experience integrating with third party applications via API integrations
- Experience in Fintech and/or Payments is required
- Autonomous and comfortable directing your own way to reach goals
- Familiar with high growth operations & problem solving in fast-paced tech spaces
- Excellent track record providing a positive customer experience
- A keen eye for anticipating bottlenecks & roadblocks
- A creative problem solver
- Data driven: work with analysts and self-serve reports to guide initiatives
