Job Description
• Manage supplier maintenance fee collections end-to-end
• Resolving billing discrepancies and processing refund requests
• Develop and implement collection strategies
• Investigate and resolve billing issues and payment disputes
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and supplier partners
• Identify and execute enhancements to supplier communication and workflows
• Review and present monthly fee collection reports
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years' experience working as part of a supplier management program
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong expertise in Salesforce platform (preferred)
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal relationship-building abilities
- Self-starter capable of working independently in fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
- Strong organizational and time management skills with commitment to meeting deadlines
- Motivated, team-oriented, curious, results-driven, and solutions-oriented mindset
- Commitment to continuous improvement and ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively
