- Monitor adoption, performance, and satisfaction. Use data-driven insights to iterate and continuously improve.
- Content Management Leadership
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop and manage compliant content workflows. Ensure digital assets and communications meet brand standards and regulatory guidelines while enhancing customer experience.
- Integrate Marketing & Digital Communications
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies align with customer needs and regulatory requirements. Drive content strategies that support product launches, thought leadership, and digital engagement across channels
- We’re
- Looking For
- 7+ years in product management, with at least 3 years in regulated industries (Insurance, financial services or healthcare preferred).
- Strong understanding of compliance-driven workflows and frameworks (SEC, FINRA, HIPAA, CCPA).
- Ability to translate complex regulatory concepts into clear, compelling product narratives for diverse audiences.
- Experience working with marketing, content management systems (CMS), and digital communication strategies.
- Strategic thinker, exceptional communicator, and influencer without authority.
- Bachelor’s in Business
- , Technology, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
