• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) for one or more teams • Guide teams in the adoption and consistent application of Agile/Scrum principles, practices, and frameworks • Remove impediments and foster an environment of continuous improvement and high performance • Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a clear and actionable product backlog • Coach team members, stakeholders, and leadership on Agile values and practices • Track and communicate team progress, metrics, and outcomes to stakeholders • Support teams in identifying and implementing process improvements • Promote transparency, collaboration, and open communication within and across teams • Assist in the discovery of new opportunities for team growth and development • Work with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to share best practices and align on organizational Agile maturity • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, and governance related to Agile delivery • Engage with technical teams to support cross-functional collaboration and delivery
