Job Description
Job Requirements
- BA/BS degree, preferably with an analytical focus (e.g., Business, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or similar fields).
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, consulting, operations, or related roles; experience with services categories (BPO, marketing, professional services, corporate services) is strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to operate in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment with strong attention to detail, managing multiple requests and stakeholders at once.
- Strong quantitative skills and a data‑guided approach to problem solving; experience analyzing spend, proposals, and usage data to inform sourcing strategy and vendor selection.
- Comfort working with contracts and commercial terms and partnering with Legal on redlines for services agreements, SOWs, and order forms.
- Proficiency with modern productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace) and openness to learning S2P tools such as Zip and Ironclad.
