Job Requirements
- Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
- Must be able to travel 50%+ throughout the Great Lakes region, including Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, as well as Missouri and Kentucky.
- Knowledge of the business behavior, customs, tradition, in automotive and Consumer Electronics industry.
- Working experiences in Industrial, Medical, Aerospace & Defense, Consumer Electronics industry, OEM or component manufacturer.
- Data driven.
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- Minimum 5 years of combined experience in sales in the electronics industry.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Territory Sales Manager calling on major OEM accounts.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a people leader.
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or Bachelor degree Required plus work-related skill, knowledge, or experience in the Electronics Market.
