Job Description

• Coordinate and implement the global design for cost allocations across multiple business units, ensuring alignment and consistency. • Support development of a global cost allocation template, including labor distribution, rate application, and overhead allocations. • Partner with our digital & system integration team to support configuration, build, testing, and deployment activities. • Collaborate cross-functionally to harmonize future-state business processes. • Influence key system configuration decisions impacting allocations and broader financial integration. • Drive alignment across Business Units, Enterprise Services, and Corporate Functions. • Support change management efforts aligned with the oneRTX vision. • Travel up to ~25% as needed.

Job Requirements

Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience.
Demonstrated experience with self-directed leadership and ability to drive outcomes in matrixed environments, with strong communication and influence skills without formal authority.
Extensive experience in aerospace & defense finance, particularly within R2R functions, including cost accounting, labor accounting, rates, and allocations.
Proficient in SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, and related tools, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, high-visibility programs.
Effective collaborator across functions, businesses, and leadership levels, with a track record of leading change in large-scale transformation environments.
