• Perform plant thermal hydraulic evaluations and analyses in the areas of ECCS LOCA, Containment, HELB, Fire Safe Shutdown, Annulus Pressurization Loads, and RIPD analyses • General expertise in two-phase thermal hydraulic analysis techniques • Take responsibility for fuel project activities including reload analyses, methods implementation, power uprates, new fuel introductions, and safety analysis support for emergent fuel issues • Perform in cross-disciplinary settings, engaged with interfacing teams responsible for mechanical design, core design, licensing, systems design, or other affiliated organizations to find optimum customer solutions • Prepare, document and present technical data to internal/external customers • Provide technical mentoring to support team development and knowledge management • Develop/deliver training course offerings in support of external commercial requests • Lead team process improvements to drive speed and simplification • Ensure work is performed with high quality in accordance with regulatory rules and regulations, customer requirements, and business quality assurance standards
