• Develop and maintain a wide range of technical documentation, including knowledge base articles, user guides, API guides, reference manuals, configuration guides, tutorials, release notes, and micro training videos • Research and gather information from subject matter experts (SMEs), including product managers, engineers, our internal clinical care team, and customer support • Translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand language for various audiences, for non-technical users • Ensure documentation is accurate, consistent, and adheres to company style guides and standards • Design and create graphics such as screenshots and diagrams to help users understand technical concepts, process flows, and UI instructions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify documentation needs and prioritize projects • Use various authoring tools and technologies to create and publish documentation, including generative AI tools to accelerate content creation and updates • Use analytics and user feedback to continuously improve documentation usability and clarity • Contribute to the continuous improvement of documentation processes and standards, including version control and content lifecycle management
