Job Description
• Bridge the gap between AI capabilities and patient needs
• Take a hands-on leadership role in integrating AI features
• Collaborate with Data and Product teams on use cases and build robust RAG pipelines
• Partner with DevOps to leverage cloud infrastructure for deployment
• Implement monitoring and observability practices for AI services
• Own the AI engineering strategy and mentor the engineering team on AI practices
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of software development experience
- 2+ years of dedicated professional experience architecting production-grade applications with LLMs
- Experience working in a web application environment (Ruby on Rails, Python)
- Comfortable working with DevOps to design and configure Terraform for AI infrastructure
- Strong understanding of SQL and data modeling
- Interpersonal skills with empathy, courtesy, and friendliness
