Job Description

• Own and articulate the company’s product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap • Set product priorities and make high-impact trade-offs that drive customer and business outcomes • Lead the evolution of EnergyHub’s platform to support scale, reuse, and long-term leverage • Partner with Engineering, Design, and Go-to-Market leaders to deliver high-quality products • Build, lead, and scale a high-performing product organization

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years in product management, including senior leadership roles
  • Proven success with enterprise B2B SaaS products and multi-year product strategy
  • Strong business ownership mindset
  • Technical fluency and credibility with engineering teams and stakeholders
  • Experience evolving products into platforms or ecosystems
  • Executive presence with the ability to align and influence senior stakeholders and customers
