Role Description

The Associate Customer Success Manager for ArrowStream provides ongoing support to our technology customers through hands-on training, data analysis and process guidance. The fast track to building customer relationships starts in implementation working alongside the Implementation Project Manager and continues through the transition to long-term account management.

  • Monitor the support tool for new tickets submitted by customers or on behalf of customers
  • Provide guidance and best practice methodology to customers using the system
  • Update and create documentation for the support tool knowledge base to align with customer requests
  • Recommend to each customer which tools should be used for specific purpose(s)
  • Train customers on existing applications

Qualifications

  • At least two years prior experience with the supply chain/technology industry
  • Prior experience troubleshooting questions and resolving issues
  • Competency in working with Microsoft Office Programs: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
