Role Description

This role involves engaging healthcare providers via phone and video channels to deliver impactful product education and build strong virtual relationships.

  • Conduct impactful virtual sales calls with healthcare providers using phone and video platforms.
  • Deliver compelling product education tailored to provider needs.
  • Build and maintain trusted professional relationships virtually.
  • Track interactions, provide timely follow-up, and maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales goals.
  • Share field insights to inform strategy and execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 1–3 years of successful pharmaceutical/biopharma sales or inside sales experience.
  • Strong digital communication and CRM proficiency.
  • Excellent interpersonal, listening, and presentation skills.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage a remote territory effectively.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in Women’s Health, Urology, or Anti-infectives preferred.
