Role Description

This role involves providing essential support to our partner's Sales Team by bridging the gap between research capabilities and customer objectives. Your expertise will drive impactful solution demonstrations and foster customer engagement and retention.

  • Collaborate with Account Executives to lead discovery sessions that align platform features with customer objectives.
  • Develop and deliver impactful product demonstrations and training sessions.
  • Create collateral, content, and training materials to support customer lifecycle.
  • Facilitate customer onboarding and training for effective usage of platform.
  • Drive new business and account expansion through strong commercial acumen.
  • Maintain expertise in platform and research methodologies through ongoing training.
  • Act as a liaison between the market and the Product team, providing vital feedback.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as solutions consulting or training in a SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of account growth and contributing to sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of UX research methodologies and best practices.
  • Experience in developing and executing strategic account plans.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, capable of conveying complex concepts.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to articulate solutions to executives.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as HubSpot.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while collaborating effectively with teams.
