Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Sales, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience with Salesforce CRM
- 3+ years of proven experience in process improvement, KPI development, or business operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and data analytics tools
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies is a plus
