Job Description
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in public policy, regulatory affairs, financial services compliance, or government relations.
- Deep knowledge of AML/CTF frameworks, including FATF standards and their implementation across jurisdictions.
- Demonstrated experience engaging directly with regulators and policymakers.
- Strong understanding of global digital asset regulation, including Travel Rule requirements and emerging regulatory frameworks stablecoins and digital asset payments.
- Proven ability to translate complex regulatory developments into practical, business-aligned guidance.
- Exceptional research, writing, and communication skills.
- Experience within a fintech, digital asset, payments, or regtech company.
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and commercial teams in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment, with a strong ability to navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes amid evolving priorities

The analyst is responsible for performing medical and revenue audits to ensure compliance with regulations and payer policies, and managing the entire denial and appeals process for government and commercial payers. Duties also include serving as a Subject Matter Expert, conducting quality control, and performing pre-bill analysis on high-risk Medicare accounts.
