Project Brief
We are looking for a high-impact hybrid profile to act as the right hand to our CEO, James Sullivan, focusing on accelerating OneSeven Tech’s growth. This is not a traditional administrative role; it is a strategic position combining Sales Operations, content generation, and executive support within a cutting-edge digital product environment. The goal is to amplify the CEO’s reach through impeccable sales pipeline management and an active presence across digital channels.
Must-Haves
Bilingual English: Exceptional written and oral communication skills for high-level US corporate environments.
Sales Mindset: Solid experience in B2B prospecting, outbound strategies, and the sales cycle.
Tech-Savvy: Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms (HubSpot/Pipedrive) and professional social media tools.
Writing Excellence: Ability to craft highly personalized outreach messages based on deep research, avoiding generic templates.
Proactivity: A "utility player" mentality, capable of anticipating the CEO's needs and managing multiple priorities.
Nice to Have
Previous experience supporting CEOs or Founders in product agencies or startups.
Strong interest in or solid knowledge of AI-enabled software services.
Proficiency in basic design tools like Canva for strategic content creation.
Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment workflows.
What You Will Do
Sales & Prospecting: Research target accounts, identify key stakeholders, and execute personalized outreach strategies.
Executive Support: Manage the CEO’s calendar, prioritize inboxes, and coordinate meeting logistics.
Content Management: Create, schedule, and publish strategic content on LinkedIn and X (Twitter) to strengthen the brand.
Ops Coordination: Translate meeting outcomes into actionable projects and coordinate with technical teams to ensure sales deliverables.
