Role Description
The company is seeking a highly organized and proactive professional who can help manage communications, coordinate events, and improve operational workflows across the organization.
- Manage and triage high volumes of communication across email, Slack, and messaging platforms
- Coordinate scheduling with founders, investors, and speakers
- Help maintain strong relationships with community members
- Support planning and execution of events across multiple cities
- Coordinate logistics with venues, vendors, speakers, and members
- Manage invitations, scheduling, and attendee communication
- Document workflows and member journeys
- Improve internal processes and operational playbooks
- Maintain and organize internal systems and databases
- Assist with scheduling, follow-ups, and coordination across projects
- Help keep initiatives moving forward across multiple workstreams
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through workflow automation
- Experiment with AI tools, agents, and automation platforms
Qualifications
- C1 level English proficiency (written and spoken)
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail
- Strong written communication skills
- Comfortable interacting with high-profile founders and investors
- Process-oriented and enjoys building systems
- Interest in entrepreneurship, startups, and investing
- Ability to manage multiple parallel projects without losing attention to detail
- Resourceful and able to work independently

- Experience with AI tools, workflow automation, or AI agents
- Experience with Notion, Airtable, Zapier, Make, or similar tools
- Event coordination or community operations experience
- Experience working within startup or venture ecosystems
