Overview
We’re expanding our remote team and looking for driven, coachable professionals who are ready to take control of their income and grow their careers. Here, you are not just closing deals. We are currently hiring for positions in AL, AZ, DE, FL, GA, ID, IN, KY, MI, TN, VA, UT, and TX. This is a remote position with an expected start date of 04/24/2026.
Responsibilities
- Manage live inbound calls and scheduled appointments using a consultative, needs-based approach
- Use an optimized sales script and structured call framework to confidently guide conversations
- Build trust quickly and guide clients through our enrollment process
- Overcome objections with confidence, empathy, and integrity
- Follow our structured process designed to close on the first call
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
- Collaborate with managers and leadership for ongoing coaching and development
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role
- Call center or collections experience is a plus
- Strong phone presence with persuasive, professional communication skills
- Goal-oriented, competitive mindset with a desire to win
- Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Coachable, adaptable, and motivated to grow within a high-performance culture
