Role Description
This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for defining and executing a global partner strategy that drives revenue growth, operational excellence, and partner satisfaction across multiple regions.
- Lead a team of Partner Program Managers and coordinate with cross-functional teams—including Sales, Product, Legal, and Operations.
- Deliver innovative programs that accelerate partner productivity and engagement.
- Combine strategic planning, data-driven decision-making, and operational execution in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment.
- Shape scalable partner programs at a $1B+ company scale while working remotely across diverse geographies.
Accountabilities:
- Lead the design and execution of a comprehensive global partner program that aligns with organizational growth objectives across AMER, EMEA, LATAM, and APAC regions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure partner program KPIs are met and exceeded.
- Drive operational excellence by streamlining partner processes and incorporating automation and AI.
- Build and maintain global dashboards and reporting systems for partner program performance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partner executives and internal stakeholders.
- Partner with Enablement and Education teams to deliver competency-based modules.
- Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to the Partner Program Management team.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience managing and leading teams in high-growth SaaS environments (cloud security experience preferred).
- Proven ability to align cross-functional teams to achieve unified business outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using data and metrics to inform strategy.
- Deep understanding of partner ecosystems, including Systems Integrators, Cloud Service Providers, VARs, and MSPs.
- Demonstrated success in designing and executing strategic initiatives that deliver measurable business impact.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex operational changes into clear narratives.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments, adapting quickly to evolving market and business needs.
